Leland has developed and invested in ~$20M of industrial real estate. Projects include ~200k SF of new small and mid-sized industrial buildings, along with multiple existing asset acquisitions.

Prior to pursuing real estate development full time, Leland ran business development for a commercial general contractor, Lehman Daman Construction Services, a member of the Rudolph Libbe Group, and served on the company’s leadership team. Leland helped grow the company from ~$17M to ~$60M in revenue.

Tyler founded Oakridge Development Company in 2020 and has since developed over 500,000 SF of light industrial buildings. He has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a specific focus on industrial properties. Prior to founding Oakridge, he served as Development Manager for various VanTrust Real Estate projects throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Tyler has in-depth site selection, acquisition, leasing, and development experience and has worked on several million square feet of industrial development. 

Kevin began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and in that time has been involved in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of more than $1 Billion in industrial real estate.

Prior to forming KMG Property Group, Kevin was a Principal at Cardinal Industrial based in Cardiff, California.  Since 2020, he was involved in the acquisition, disposition and asset management of more than $100 of industrial assets throughout the Midwest and Southeast U.S.

​Prior to joining Cardinal, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Columbus, Ohio. While at CBRE, he held the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
